Manhunt Begins for Arcadia Shooter
Over the weekend, police were called after an elderly man was shot and killed on the streets of Arcadia, CA. When the police arrived at the scene, there was a man on the floor in need of medical attention and the shooter was long gone. The victim was immediately taken to the hospital, where he later died due to the gunshot wounds. According to Arcadia Police, this is the first homicide in the city of Arcadia for the entire year of 2015. The last homicide that occurred within the city limits of Arcadia happened on January 7, 2014. This city is known for being one of the safest cities in all of Southern California. However, Police have not been able to find any evidence leading to the identity of the suspect or for any motive for this heinous crime. There were no witnesses to the crime, the callers only heard the gunshots and told police that they did not even hear a car speed away. Police are asking the public for any information that could help police find the suspect responsible for the victim’s death.
